Case Manager/Support Worker

This is a part time/full time position for an experienced case manager in the western suburbs of Melbourne for our Women’s Word Program.

The Empowering African Mothers Project: Ubuntu in Practice, is a health and wellbeing project that uses culturally responsive approaches to work with African mothers to support their children and extended-family members. The aim of the project is to support African mothers’ capacity to connect with their young people, strengthening their sense of belonging and community connectedness. The University of Melbourne and Afri-Aus Care (South East) are in partnership with AAFRO in this project, which is funded by the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
